I was there yeasterday, all the fairview ave buildings have that black silt screen stuff in front except the firehouse. Luxury single family homes comming soon!
It also looks like the active adult living complex will be spreading over to where the jail is. The retaining wall at the jail looks the same as the retaining walls on the hilltop where the stupid huge condo complex was built.
