whats your favorite fishing lure? Do you guys like to use live bait or some other lure? My personal favorite are the blue foxes spinners. I caught a bunch of fish yesterday with that lure yesterday. My friend even caught a 3 1/2 lbs bass! I cant wait till i catch that big fish!

sea water: clams
Trout fishing: depending on the day meal worms or rainbow power nuggets (i swear on my life with that stuff its the best), and if that dont work nightcrawlers.
Other: Blue fox 13 silver spinners. $4 a piece....dont snag it or youll be kicking your ass forever....

Blue fox? We don't have those... I've seen live brown fox, red fox and white fox. Are blue fox bred in capitivity or are they hybrid? Or is it just a home grown Jersey special kinda like the Jersey Devil??

sorry being my usual smart ass self - hahaha

But to stay on topic - I find it's not the lure/bait you use it's all in how you do the "Fishey Dance"!! Seriously, I have perfected the fishey dance and I catch fish all the time! Went out ice fishing one time and only 3 fish were caught - of those 3 2 of them were caught by me and they were big jack fish (or walleye depending on where you're from)

I mainly use 2 kinds. Top water poppers and Gary Yamamoto 5" watermelon worms hooked Texas rig style.

personally i like using both live bait and lures, for live bait thats dependant on what your fishing for,bass= shiners, catfish=chicken liver,and worms at times.for lures, i like texas rig salamanders of 1's that just dip below the surface..for carp use cornmeal

o i forgot about corn.....its illegal to use BUT believe me once a fish hits on my hook, his life is over with instantly, seeing as how when i reel him in i snap his neck so he dont feel no pain or suffer :D

Bessie the Cow doesn't bother me nor does Wilbur the Pig, it's just the thought of catfish makes me sick - LOL It's just a kd thing, much like meatloaf. I can't eat meatloaf but yet I'll eat meatballs and burgers which are all pretty much the same thing.

Sorry I digress from the fishing lures - LOL

Catch and release all the way! Unless I'm bowfishing, then there's not much hope for the survival of the fish after I blow a hole through them. Bowfishing is only legal for rough fish anyway. Carp don't belong in these waters so I'm kinda doing the enviornment a favor.

I lost my gold blue fox #2 last night! ARG! that was my favorite lure. I caught a fish every 5 min. Stupid me fishing when im stoned.
