Anyone been to this place?

I discovered this place in late 2010 but couldn't visit it til spring 2011. Haven't been back since. Anyone know anything?

Never seen it before, but it looks interesting.

yeah it's pretty neat. I googled around a bit and found out it was an ice storage house? or something like that. here is some other guy's exploration page I found.
