I don't know why, but for some reason the school was just lit so well for pictures. I had to actually make hard choices of the 10 i want to post. FinalExit showed me a new trick with the lighting on my camera, which helped alot. Extremely windy, which made getting descent shots of the roof a task but some came out well, and there was one level of roof in the school that has gallons and gallons of water on it, i'm surprised it hasn't collapsed. I guess thats because of the concrete Framework.

A great day...

I attended this school in 1950-51. It was a regular Jr. High School, grades 7,8 &9. It was not a special or magnet art school at that time. However, it was a great place for me, working on the stage crew and performing in instrumental music ensembles. As I recall, not just the auditorium space was excellent, but the music rehearsal rooms were appropriately scaled.
