ticks and poison oak was created by hidinginshadows
I'm off to a good start this year. I've already pulled a handfull of embedded ticks off myself and now I've contracted poison oak. I got my "tecnu" and have been watching closely for bullseyes or any other lyme related symptoms. It's all good though, nothing can stop me from spending most of my time in the woods.

Never had poison oak or ivy. I think I am immune to it. I have walked through patches of it, rolled around in it, rubbed it on me and used it as people repellent, ect. and never had a rash.

right on, no side effects from poison oak, I guess the wound site could become septic if ya scratched it enough.

That could be quite serious correct?, if it became an internal infection with the blood stream.
