Got Inside

After almost an hour of driving around we finally found the hospital. We walked down a round, got inside, went through the tunnels, and wound up in the Kirkbride. it was honestly probably the coolest place we have ever been. also there was absolutely no security or cops driving around this place.

well when we went up we didn't see any police, but its still sketchy. people do get arrested there

Too bad all the best features in the Kirkbride are hidden by false ceilings and remodeling. Cool that the lights are still on though.

Ya I was under the impression parts of the Kirkbride still see occasional use for records keeping, temp. office space, etc.

Doesn't really surprise me, we had a motion activated alarm in my house when I was a kid, my patio light is motion activated; the technology is cheap. If the place is still receiving power I guess it makes sense for them to set up a motion/door activated alarm system, sucks for us though. I was just in a place today which was receiving power and that was very much on my mind, I try to keep my eye open for motion detectors and CCTV cameras.

Good to know, thanks for the info Mr. Pat. That kinda seals the deal for me, maybe I'll visit when the unplug the power. In the meantime we could unleash a pack of feral cats to really fuck with them, hehehe!
