Most of the interior scenes were filmed on a separate set. The Greystone Kirkbride was really only filmed from the exterior.

hahhaha....HHAHAHAHAHA i finally get to use my awesome intelligence to outsmart vacant! They filmed at greystone for at least a month. I read newspapers :D

Misterpat. here is another link for you: www.megavideo.com/?d=X3K4UBML ....you dont have to register. Just hit the red play button in the center, then it will kinda load then it turns into a green button play button to press. Do that and BOOM you can watch the episode.

Indeed they did, on more than one occasion. However the hospital was only used as a backdrop, and the interior scenes are actually not shot from inside Greystone. The interior scenes were filmed offsite on a man made set, built and detailed to replicate the Kirkbride.

Sorry Raxor, but Vacant is correct on that.As someone who has done Tv work i can attest to that..for example in the series "MERCY" (all the electrical work ..scones,overhead light,outlets were all wired by yours truly... ) that hospital/kitchen/bar/living room scene is all filmed on a sound stage in secaucus
