Need help!

Been to Overbrook at least 15 times and its kinda getting old. I tried going to marlboro but I almost got killed by a pack of coyote. I really wanna urbex something new and have had an obsession with Greystone for like 3 years. Ive only drove around it but never "explored it". I would really prefer a guide so if anyones down to go PM me. It would be much appreciated.
